Celebrating 1 month...

Today marks our 1 month of Wedding Bliss.

Tonight we are celebrating with our topper of the cake as well as a wonderful dinner prepared by me, lol....Chicken and Green Bean Casserole!

We are thinking of something else to do to celebrate, but we haven't thought of anything yet :-)

It's so hard to believe it's been a whole month already, I feel like it's only been a few weeks....time flies when you are having fun!

Married Life & My Husband

I absolutely love being a wife and making the house our home!
I enjoying making coffee and breakfast every morning....
I enjoying making our lunches to take to work....
and I love even more making dinner for my husband and I and him coming home to me every night.
It's a joy to see him smile and be so happy....
It's been fun watching him build things in the house...
I love going to sleep with my best friend by my side and waking up to his handsome face every morning...Thank you Lord!!!

He surprised me the other night and brought home beautiful flowers, chocolates, and wine...he did this in celebration that I got my new Social Security Card and I've also gotten my license as well so everything now says "Ashley Lugo"

He is so special to me :-)
He amazes me more and more everyday and my love for him just gets bigger and bigger daily!

I'm so excited to do life with this man. I'm even more excited about the ministry we will be doing as a married couple in the years to come...God has big plans, bigger than we can ever imagine. More people tell us they see pastors hearts in us....God only You know where You will take us and what we will be doing....The joys of the unknown, and it's even better with someone by my side!

We will have internet at the house starting this weekend so many many pictures of the wedding and honeymoon are to come!

We had an absolutely AH-MAZING Honeymoon!!!

We are back to the daily grind. I went back to work today and Anthony has the rest of the week off which is good because he gets to put together ALL of our furniture we bought yesterday!

We are super excited about putting our house together and making it OUR home!!! I get to unpack all my things that have been packed away for a year and we have been blessed with so many gifts from the wedding we are having fun :-)

Only 4 days away....

Until I marry my Best Friend and the Man of my Dreams. I can't believe our Big Day is finally upon us.

I've never been so excited for something in my life :-)

We had a HUGE group of church family help us move all of our things into OUR NEW HOUSE this past Friday; CVC is such an amazing blessing to us in so many ways...We Love you all!!!

The house is ready for my family who will be here TOMORROW night!!!

Tomorrow is my last day at work and then I'm relaxing with the family and doing last minute running around before Saturday. Thursday I'll be picking up our tablecloths and getting a pedicure and massage!

Friday is setup at the church at 2 and then we have our Rehearsal and Dinner...Then My lovely ladies and I are going to a hotel for the night.

Ahhhhh I'm getting married THIS SATURDAY!!!

10 Days and counting....

I feel like we are on the home stretch. 10 Days till I say "I Do" to Anthony Lugo :-)
I am beyond excited to share my life with this man for the rest of my life!

Friday we close on our house and will be having a moving party with a bunch of friends and family!

Once we move all the boxes and furniture in the house Anthony & I will begin to scrub down the house and then put furniture together and un-box as much as we can to get ready for my family that is staying at the house next week!

I get to see my amazing parents, my siblings, my grandparents, some Aunts & Uncles, and some cousins in just 7-8 days!!!

Just a few things on my mind....

#1 Sometimes I just feel really out of place here at work, because many times I just can't or don't relate to these people and wont chime into some conversations because it's about in appropriate things......These are the days I wish the church had money to hire me on :-)

#2 I'm really annoyed that we most likely with the way things are going wont be closing on Wednesday.....Lord please just allow it to be this week so I can at least have the house ready for my family to stay in it next week for the wedding.

#3 I can't believe I will soon be Mrs. Lugo, 12 days ladies & gents....I'm so extremely excited to marry the man of my dreams. Every day I fall more and more in love with this man. The past few weeks we have been learning a lot more about each other and our selves, it's been so sweet. I'm excited to spend the rest of my life with my Best Friend!
